Wallets can be funded using Crypto (USDT via BEP20 network only) or local currency (Naira in Nigeria). In your app, tap "Add cash" from your dashboard or More → Wallet, then select your funding method. For crypto, copy your wallet address or use the QR code; for Naira, follow the prompts to generate a unique virtual bank account for each deposit. If there are issues or delays, contact support.
Go to your Wallet, select Withdraw, enter your bank account details or Crypto wallet address. Withdrawals typically process instantly or within a few hours. You must have completed KYC verification and ensure the bank details or crypto wallet address are correct.
No. For security and anti-fraud compliance, you can only withdraw to a bank account that matches your verified Gowagr account name. If there's an error in your name, please contact support@gowagr.com for help.
The minimum deposit for the NGN wallet is ₦200, and $1 for the USDT wallet. The minimum withdrawal is ₦500 (NGN) or $1 (USDT).
A 1% deposit fee applies (minimum ₦5, capped at ₦1,000). Withdrawal fees are a flat ₦20 for Naira withdrawals. Crypto network fees may also apply for USDT withdrawals. Always check the current fee before you complete your transaction.
No. Deposit accounts are valid for one-time use only. If you mistakenly deposit into a used account, your funds will be refunded between immediately to 7 working days. Kindly reach out to the support as soon as possible.
Please use the BEP20 network when depositing USDT. Using the wrong network may result in lost funds.
Gowagr currently supports only Naira (₦) and USDT wallets. You can switch between them anytime in your wallet tab. When you switch, all market prices and balances are displayed in that currency. You can also convert your currencies between wallets directly.
Yes. Go to your Wallet, select "Convert", and choose how much you'd like to move. Migration is instant, and your new balance appears in the target wallet.
Sometimes payment processors take a few minutes to confirm transactions. If it's been longer than 15 minutes, confirm that your payment was successful. Check your transaction history in the Gowagr app. Contact in-app support with your transaction receipt and session ID.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a simple identity verification process that helps us confirm you're a real person. It keeps your account safe and ensures Gowagr complies with financial regulations.
